These swords are heavier than the scrawny paper thin butterfly swords on the market but in a good weight that gives you a workout without injuring your wrists (especially if you're new to BJD Training), great for
veteran and starting practitioners

Have been using this pair for form & versus pole practice and still looks great & in great shape.
Buick Yip's are really built to last and to use.
This is not one of those fancy and shiny Baat Jaam Do you play around a few times and leave on display
One sword alone is a little under 2 lbs, it's like holding light dumbbells to practice.
Brought these a while back should be Buick's v11 line
The shape of the swords are a hybrid that consists elements of "stabbing" and "chopping" as well as a hilt designed for flipping.
A great all-around BJD for all lineage.
Also included a Horizontal Bag to store and carry your BJD.
Frankly the bag is good but not the best design, especially if you have a long hilt since it "stabs" (look at the photos) the materials a little. Cosmetic but doesn't affect the functionality.
