    Vintage Porcelain Child's Lusterware Toy Tea Set Hand Painted w/Orig Box ~ Made in Japan ~ 19 Pc
    Missing the tea pot (we have the lid for it in photos) and missing 1 saucer.
    There are a few small chips on plates which led to a hairline crack (photo 7,8,9). Nice shine to the tan peach lusterware. Some age appropriate scratches. The image shows a house with trees/hillside & flowers. (Green, red ,blue). The piece in photo 2 upper right corner the dish is attached to the underplate. The inside of the creamer & sugar bowl have some orange coloration (photo 6).
    Pieces are marked on the bottom in a rust color  MADE IN JAPAN
    To give you an idea of some sizes the large oval Platter 6 1/4" x 3 3/4". The 4 plates measures 3 3/4" in diameter. 3 saucers measure 3 1/2'. Total combined weight 2 pounds 4 ounces (prior to packaging)
    The 19 pieces also include the lids for the sugar bowl & tea pot (which we are missing)
    Original box has age appropriate bends, discoloration, some tears at corners. There is a label on the back of the box that says GRADE A J.P.I.C. (photo 12)
    We buy most of our pieces at auctions, flea markets & yard sales so we many not know the history of the item. We are not antique dealers, collectors or experts. We describe the item along with any flaws & markings we can find the best we can.
